"A friend took me here to find some remnant flooring to replace a spot my puppy had torn up. When we walked in, I felt like I was being welcomed into someone's home. Tammy greeted with a smile and a hug to my friend. We chatted for a bit and then she took us back and showed us her remnant stock and took the time to try to match a new track to the trim. As I am a complete novice to this, she also explained to me how to lay it, secure it and what materials to use. She then gave me a fair price. The entire transaction felt a visit with an old/new friend. She even had chocolate and other sweets! In the end, I got a perfect selection of flooring to repair damage, a hug, and a new place for future flooring purchases!"
